Description
VErsioning ONTOlogy is an ontology for the representation of temporal events that affect product information over time. Capturing and generating product versions the proposed model allows to register relevant data about product modifications and to manage the propagation of changes. VERONTO defines generics concepts, which may be extended and implemented by the concepts of different variability space models. The integration of the representation of the version concept of the proposed ontology and the specification of variants of existent product models boost an integral representation of product structural information, considering two variability dimension independent of the implementation domain@en
